We begin with an initial enquiry and consultation to confirm availability and ensure we’re the right fit for each other. Once your date is confirmed with a signed agreement and deposit, I'll guide you through the planning process and begin crafting a ceremony that reflects your story, values and vision.
In the lead up to your day, we’ll refine the ceremony together, complete all legal requirements, and finalise the details so everything feels clear and relaxed.
On the day itself, ill arrive organise and prepared, ready to deliver your ceremony.
Frequently Asked Questions
How far do you travel for ceremonies?
My standard ceremony fee includes within 45 mins of Queenstown. If your chose location requires extended travel, boat or helicoter access, or is in a remote area, this may incur additional fees. I recommend confirming your location early so I can ensure accessibility.
Do you perform ceremonies in remote or adventure locations?
Yes! I’m very happy to accommodate unique and meaningful locations that require additional travel. Depending on travel time, fees may apply and availability will need to be confirmed in advance.
How is my date secured?
Your date is secured once a signed agreement and deposit are received.
What happens if we need to change the date, time or location?
Not a problem, sometimes the unexpected happens or changes need to be made. Changes made after the booking is confirmed are subject to availability. If a change affects travel timing or logistics, any additional requirements will be discussed with you in advance.

My services include an initial consultation, a custom written ceremony tailored to your story, guidance on all legal requirements, rehearsal/walk through and delivery of ceremony on the day.
When do we complete the legal paperwork?
